Your agent will work with you to make a cash offer on the home you love. Cash offers are more likely to be accepted over financing.

3. Win the home

The seller accepts your offer. Your agent works with Homeward to finalize the purchase.

4. Move into your new home

We’ll close on your home as soon as the title is ready. You can move in the very next day and rent from us until you buy it back. Rent is .0072 x new home purchase price (for homes under $1M) and .0055 x new home purchase price (for homes over $1M)

5. Sell your existing home (If you’re selling)

If you haven’t already, we put your old house on the market and sell it for top dollar. Homeward offers a floor bottom price and will buy your home if it does not sell within six months.
